Plain version: I use the information you send through the contact form, free audit form, email, phone, or social messages to reply to you and handle your request. The site also uses basic hosting, form, font, and code services that may receive technical request data when pages load. I don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
This site is operated by Emilian Barbulescu, a freelancer based in Moncton / Riverview, New Brunswick, Canada. "Grow With Emilian" is the public name I use for this freelance work; unless I state otherwise in a written proposal or contract, you are dealing with Emilian Barbulescu personally.

I receive the information you choose to send me through forms, email, phone, or social messages. Specifically:
I do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking on this site at this time. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated and a cookie notice will be added.
Like most websites, this site also relies on hosting, fonts, and code delivery services. GitHub Pages, Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN, cdnjs, and similar infrastructure providers may receive technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the pages or files your browser requests. I do not use that technical data for advertising or remarketing.
I may send one or more replies directly related to your inquiry, audit request, or project discussion. I do not add you to ongoing promotional emails, newsletters, or SMS marketing unless you separately opt in.
The contact form and the free audit form are processed by Formspree, a form-handling service. Formspree forwards submissions to my email and stores a record of the submission on their servers under their privacy policy. I receive an email copy, which I keep in my email account.
Formspree and my email provider may process or store information outside New Brunswick or Canada depending on their own infrastructure and subprocessors. I use these services only to receive and reply to messages.
I don't sell or rent your information to anyone. I don't share it with third parties for marketing.
The only parties that ever touch your form data are:
I may disclose information if I'm legally required to (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
I usually keep contact messages and audit requests for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless I need to keep them longer for business records, legal reasons, dispute handling, or an active project. If you ask me to delete your information, I will delete what I reasonably can from my email and form records, unless I am legally required to keep it.

You can also ask questions, withdraw consent for future contact, or make a privacy complaint by email. I'll respond within a reasonable time, usually a few business days, subject to any legal or business-record limits.
This site is aimed at local business owners. It isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. Reasonable care is taken to keep messages safe, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please don't send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive credentials through the forms.
If I become aware of a security incident involving personal information, I will assess it and handle notices or records according to applicable Canadian privacy obligations.
If this notice changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will change too. Substantial changes will be reflected clearly in the relevant section.
